Service Description

Do you know you want to make some changes but are not sure where to begin? Are you curious about having a coach but you don't know if you can commit to a longer relationship? Do you feel that you just need a little push and support, and then your health journey will be off to the races? The one-month plan might be for you! You will receive an initial consultation call plus 2 one-on-one appointments, as well as access to resources and support for the entirety of your 30-day commitment.
